不同洗胃方法对早期新生儿影响的效果分析

目的探讨洗胃方法的不同对新生儿的影响。方法采取前瞻性随机抽样方法,对400例不同指征洗胃的新生儿发生的情况进行总结。结果两组新生儿吸人性肺炎发生率、纯母乳喂养率、病理性黄疸发生率三项指标有显著性差异。而新生儿低血糖、病理性体重下降两项指标无显著性差异。结论新生儿分娩后,当出现羊水污染Ⅰ度或以上,新生儿呕吐1次或以上,口有泡沫,符合一项都应及时洗胃,这样能预防新生儿吸人性肺炎,提高纯母乳喂养率,降低病理性黄疸的发生。并且无创伤,简单易操作,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis on the Effect of Different Methods of Gastric Lavage in Neonatal

Methods In forward-looking Random sampling method, observation of 400 newborns with different indications of gastric lavage is summarized. Conclusion Newborn after delivery, when the amniotic fluid contamination of 1 degrees or more; neonatal vomiting once or more; export bubble, symbol and a gastric lavage should be timely, in order to prevent neonatal aspiration pneumonia, Raise Breast-feeding Rate, reduce the occurrence of pathological jaundice. And no trauma, simple and easy to operate, it is worthy of clinical application.
