卡泊三醇软膏联合复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗斑块状银屑病疗效观察

目的观察卡泊三醇软膏及复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗斑块状银屑病的疗效及安全性。方法选择门诊斑块状寻常型银屑病患者96例，随机分治疗组及对照组各48例，治疗组每日卡泊三醇软膏及复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏早晚交替使用；对照组每日卡泊三醇乳膏及卤米松乳膏早晚交替使用，治疗前及治疗后第2．4、8周观察皮损面积及严重度指数（PASI评分）判定疗效指数，根据不良反应判定其安全性。结果经过8周观察，治疗组有效率95．8％，对照组有效率81．3％。治疗组3例出现不良反应，对照组6例出现不良反应，症状轻微，患者均可耐受。结论卡泊三醇和复方丙酸氯倍他索交替使用治疗斑块状银屑病见效快，不良反应轻微，可作为外用药联合使用选择方案之一。
