小型钛板坚固内固定术对下颌骨骨折疗效观察

目的 分析下颌骨骨折应用小型钛板坚固内固定术治疗的效果。方法 本组32例下颌骨骨折患者，均伴有咬【牙合】关系紊乱，采用小型钛板行骨折坚固内固定术，分别于术后1、3、6个月拍摄X线片复查，以临床伤口愈合、胎关系、张口度及骨折线愈合情况作为评价指标判断疗效。结果 32例中32例手术切口甲级愈合（100％），临床检查开口度在35mm以上，咬【牙合】关系良好，X线片示骨折线对位愈合良好，部分病例3个月时骨折线不可见。结论 应用小型钛板坚同内固定术治疗下颌骨骨折疗效可靠，方法简单，值得临床常规推广。

Small Plates in Mandible Fractures for Rigid Internal Fixation Evaluating :A Clinical Results of 32 Cases

Objective To evaluat the treatment results of a small titanium plate in rigid internal fixation of mandible fractures. Methods The group of 32 cases of mandible fractures which were associated with malocclusion, were treated with open internal rigid fixation by small titanium plates,take x-rays in lmo,3mo,6mo,evaluating the results by the healing of wound and fractures, mouth opening and occlusion. Results All of 32 cases resulted excellent, the mouth opening more than 35mm,the occlusion also resulted excellent, good healing of the fracture in position,besides the fracture line of partial cases was diappear in 3to. Conclusion Small titanium plates in mandible fractures is effective in the treatment of mandihle fractures, and should be deserved to be recommended.
