| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血液储存时间对消化道肿瘤手术患者红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法将30例消化道肿瘤手术患者分为两组,A组23例,输入储存时间〈14d的血液,B组7例,则输入储存时间〉14d的血液,采集患者输血前和输血后1、2、3和7d的血液分别检测红细胞一C3b受体红细胞免疫复合物（RBC—IC）和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（RBC—SOD）的水平。结果患者输入储存时间〈14d的血液时RBC—C3b,RBC—SOD有所增加,RBC—IC则降低;而输入储存时间较长（〉14d）的血液时,其输血后较输血前的RBC—C3b,RBC—SOD有所降低,RBC—IC则增加。结论血液在储存过程中随时间延长红细胞免疫黏附功能降低,而术后患者由于创伤及全身炎症反应致免疫功能低下,在输血治疗时应尽可能输入储存时间少于14d的血液,以帮助患者增强免疫功能,利于患者的康复。
