瑞舒伐他汀治疗缺血性脑卒中患者颈动脉斑块的疗效观察

摘    要:目的 观察瑞舒伐他汀治疗对缺血性脑卒中患者颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)及斑块的影响。方法 按筛选标准选取我院缺血性脑卒中伴颈动脉粥样硬化患者203例,分他汀组88例和对照组115例,对照组按常规治疗及饮食控制,他汀组在同对照组常规治疗基础上,增加口服瑞舒伐他汀片每日10mg,随访8个月,观察两组治疗前后血脂(TC、TG、LDL-C)水平、颈动脉内膜-中层厚度及斑块面积指标的变化。结果 他汀组应用瑞舒伐他汀8个月,较本组治疗前和对照组血脂水平、颈动脉IMT及斑块面积均有下降,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 瑞舒伐他汀能有效降低TC、LCL—C水平,减少颈动脉内膜中层厚度,稳定和减轻颈动脉粥样硬化斑块,疗效显著,但为新药,安全性需关注。

Rosuvastatin Treatment of Ischemic Stroke Patients with Carotid Artery Plaque Efficacy

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of rosuvastatin on carotid artery intima-media thickness(IMT) in patients with acute cerebral ischemic stroke. Methods According to screening criteria selected hospital ischemic stroke associated with carotid atherosclerosis in patients with 203 cases,sub-statin group of 88 patients and a control group of 115 cases,the control group according to conventional treatment and diet control,statin group with the control group conventional therapy on oraltablets daily rosuvastatin l Omg,followed up for 8 months before and after treatment were observed lipids(TC,TG,LDL-C)levels,carotid artery intima-media thickness and plaque area were observed. Resuls Application of the results of statin rosuvastatin group eight months,compared with the control group before treatment and lipid levels,carotid IMT and plaque area were decreased,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Rosuvastatin can reduce TC, LCL-C levels,reduced carotid intima-media thickness,stability,and reduce carotid atherosclernsis,a significant effect,but for the new drug,to be concerned about security.
