37例左氧氟沙星致过敏性休克分析

采用回顾性研究方法，调查左氧氟沙星致过敏性休克（报告来源于江苏省药品不良反应监测中心2012年1月1日~12月31日收集的37例）的特点。发现97.30%的过敏性休克患者发生在首次用药过程中，用药方式以静脉用药为主；54.05%患者发生在用药后的5 min内；经积极抢救治疗，治愈28例（75.67%），死亡2例。

Analysis of 37 Cases on Allergic shock Induced by Levofloxacin

Objective: To analyze the general pattern and rescue measures of allergic shock induced by levofloxacin, and to provide references for clinical rational use of medicine. Methods: By collecting the reports of the Jiangsu Adverse Drug Reaction Momitoting Center from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012, 37 cases of allergic shock induced by levofloxacin were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Allergic shock appeared in 97.30% of the patients in first use of levofloxacin, mainly through intravenous drip; 54.05% of allergic shock occurred within 5 min after drug treatment; all patients were given active treatments after allergic shock, 28 patients were cured (75.67%), 2 patients died. Conclusion: Attention should be paid to allergic shock induced by levofloxacin to ensure the safety and rational drug use.
