| 摘 要： | 恢复步行能力是脊髓损伤患者康复过程中的一大难题。按照现代康复修复、重建、代偿、适应的原则，通过康复代步器代偿脊髓损伤患者的步行能力是患者重返家庭、重返社会的有效措施。本文总结了当下康复代步器在脊髓损伤康复中的应用情况，并对康复代步器未来的发展方向做出了分析。 |
