| 摘 要： | 目的测定扶正抗艾胶囊中总多糖的含量。方法采用苯酚－硫酸法测量。结果扶正抗艾胶囊中总多糖的含量为6．72％。该法线性关系良好（r=0．9960），平均回收率为97．62％，RSD为1．82％。结论该法简单、准确、重现性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制指标。

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine the content of total astragalan in Fuzheng Kang'Ai capsules. Methods: The determination was performed by phenol-sulfuric acid method. Results: The content of total astragalan in Fuzheng Kang'Ai capsules was 6. 72%, the linearity of this method was very satisfactory(r = 0. 9960), and the average recovery rate was 97. 62%,RSD=1. 82%. Conclusion:This method was simple,accuate,reproducable,and available for quality control of the capsules. |
