电位滴定法测定安乃近片的含量

目的：建立安乃近片的含量测定方法。方法：以乙醇-0.01 mol/L盐酸溶液（1：1）为溶剂，用电位滴定法测定安乃近片的含量。结果：本法滴定终点突跃明显，重现性好（RSD=0.33%，n=6），平均回收率为99.44%。结论：试验表明该方法简便，快速，专属性强，准确可靠，适用于安乃近片含量的测定。

Determination of Metamizole Sodium Tablets by Potentiometric Titration

Objective: To develop a method for the determination of metamizole sodium tablets.Methods: Potentiometric titration was set up,the solvent is ethanol-0.01 mol/L hydrochloric acid(l:l).The titration was carried out using Wettler Toledo DL50 automatictitrator with Mettler Toledo DM140-SC Electrode as potential indicator.To acquire the net result of content in metamizole sodium tablets with 0.1 mol/L iodine titrant to reach the endpoint. Results: The method showed a obvious titration endpoint and better reproducibility(RSD=0.33 %, n=6), the average recovery was 99.44%. Conclusion: The experiment showed that this method has such advantages as simple equipment,quick procedure,high speciality and accurate results.It provided a suitadle method to determine content in metamizole sodium tablets.
