阿维A联合咪喹莫特和维A霜治疗顽固性扁平疣疗效观察

目的：观察阿维A联合咪喹莫特和维A霜治疗顽固性扁平疣疗效。方法90例患者随机分为治疗组（48例）和对照组（42例），治疗组口服阿维A 20mg，1日1次，每晚睡前交替隔日外涂咪喹莫特和0．1％维A酸乳膏，对照组每晚睡前交替隔日外涂咪喹莫特和0．1％维 A酸乳膏。结果经治疗8周后，治疗组痊愈36例，显效8例，有效3例，无效1例，有效率91．7％。对照组痊愈28例，显效8例，无效2例，有效率85．7％。结论阿维A联合咪喹莫特和维A霜治疗顽固性扁平疣疗效显著。

The Curative Effect of Acitretin Combined with Imiquimod and Vitamin A Cream Treatment on Obstinate verruca pIana

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Acitretin and Imiquimod combined treatment of intractable verruca plana.METHODS 48 paitents were randomly divided into two groups .48 cases were in treatment group and 42 cases in control group.Patients in treatment group were given Acitretin 20mg once a day,topical 0.1%Treti-noin cream and Imiquimod alternation every night and next morning .Patients in control group only use topical 0.1%Tretinoin cream and Imiquimod alternation every night and next morning .RESULTS After 8 weeks treatment ,36 patients were recovery ,8 patients excellence and 1 patients useless in treatment group .The effective rate is 91.7%.28 patients were recovery ,8 patients excellence and 4 patients useless in control group .The effective rate is 85.7%.CONCLUSION Acitretin and Imiquimod clinical curative effect of combined treatment of intractable verruca pla-na is remarkable.
