2014～2015年我院抗癫痫药物血药浓度监测结果分析

目的：通过对103例抗癫痫药物血药浓度监测结果的分析，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用超高效液相色谱法测定卡马西平、丙戊酸钠、苯妥英钠、奥卡西平的血药浓度，并对结果进行分析。结果卡马西平、丙戊酸钠、苯妥英钠、奥卡西平在有效血药浓度范围内分别为39例（92．3％），19例（54．3％），33例（12．1％），9例（69．2％）。结论抗癫痫药物血药浓度监测对合理用药有重要的指导意义。血药浓度个体差异较大，影响因素较多，应结合其他临床指标综合分析监测结果。

AnaIysis of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Data of Anti-epiIepsy Drugs in our HospitaI During the year 2014 to 2015

OBJECTIVE In order to guide the rational administration in clinic ,the result of monitoring anti-epi-lepsies drugs serum concentration in 103 cases were analyzed .METHODS The serum concentrations of carbamaz-epine,valproic acid,diphenylhydantoin,Oxcarbazpine were analyzed by UPLC.RESULTS The serun concentra-tions of carbamazepine ,valproic acid ,diphenylhydantoin and oxcarbazpine in the range of effective blood concentra-tion were 39 case ( 92.3%) , 19 cases ( 54.3%) , 33 cases ( 12.1%) and 9 cases ( 69.2%) respective-ly.CONCLUSION Serum drug concentration is important to guide the rational administration .The effective con-centration of anti-epilepsy drugs varied in different patients and many factors were included .So different indications should be combined to evaluate the efficacy of anti-epilepsy drugs.
