| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺治疗麻痹性斜视的临床疗效,若针药配合可以提高疗效。方法:53例(53只眼)患者在治疗前,均经眼科明确诊断,并根据不同的麻痹分为6型,选择与其相关的穴位,且分别观察效果。结果:治愈30例,占56.6%,总有效率为96.2%。结论:明确诊断是治疗本病的基础,准确选择与麻痹肌相关的穴位是治疗本病,提高疗效的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical therapy of acupunctural treatment or paralytic strabismus,and the needle match medicine can raise therapeutic effect.Methods:All fifty-three cases were diagnosed definitely through the ophthalmology before acupunctural treatment.According to their different paralyze muscles were divided into 6 kinds and it related points were choosen observe therapeutic effect respectively on above 6 kinds.Results:30 cases were cured,the cured rate was 56.6%,with a total effective rate of 96.2%.Conclusion:The foundation for therapy of paralytic strabismus is definite diagnosis.Choose acupuncture points accurately that were retaled with paralyze muscle,which is the key to cure paralytic strabismus and raise therapeutic effect. |
