| 摘 要： | 目的:评价血清CA15-3水平及其倍增时间(DT)对18F-FDG SPECT/CT探测乳腺癌患者术后复发及转移的影响。方法:对43例乳腺癌术后患者进行18F-FDG SPECT/CT显像,每位患者均接受>2次的血清肿瘤标志CA15-3测定,并计算其倍增时间。结果:根据病理检查结果或>1年的临床随访,43例患者中有21例最终诊断为复发或转移。按患者例数计算,18F-FDG SPECT/CT的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为86%、64%、74%、69%和82%。18F-FDG SPECT/CT显像阳性患者的血清CA15-3水平高于18F-FDGSPECT/CT显像阴性患者,结果差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;0 d |
