随舰远航直升机飞行人员血浆前阿片黑素细胞皮质激素源性肽及调节因子的变化

摘    要:目的 探讨短、中、长期驻舰远航前后直升机飞行人员血浆前阿片黑素细胞皮质激素源性肽β-内啡肽(β-EP)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)及调节因子促肾上腺皮质素释放激素(CRH)含量变化的特点,为做好航空医学保障提供依据. 方法 对6名为期7 d(短期)、11名为期21 d(中期)和6名为期132 d(长期)驻舰远航的直升机飞行人员,采用放射免疫法测定其远航前后血浆β-EP、ACTH和CRH的含量. 结果 短期驻舰远航后血浆β-EP、ACTH较远航前显著升高(t=2.839、3.104,P<0.05),血浆CRH无显著变化(t=0.612,P>0.05);中期远航后血浆β-EP、ACTH和CRH较远航前显著升高(t=3.416、2.496、1.951,P<0.01或P<0.05);长期远航后血浆β-EP、ACTH和CRH则显著性下降(t=2.988、2.427、2.129,P<0.05). 结论 远航可导致直升机飞行人员血浆前阿片黑素细胞皮质激素源性肽β-EP、ACTH及调节因子CRH含量发生变化,且航程对血浆β-EP、ACTH和CRH的变化有不同的影响.

Effects of long voyage on plasma pro-opiomelanocortin neuropeptides and regulatory factor of carrier based helicopter pilots
Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of plasma pro-opiomelanocortion neuropeptides and regulatory factor levels before and after different periods of voyage in carrier-based helicopter pilots, so as to provide reference for related aeromedical support. Methods Twenty-three healthy helicopter pilots served as subjects, in whom 6 pilots experienced 7 days voyage, 11 pilots experienced 21 days voyage and 6 pilots experienced 132 days voyage. Levels of β-endorphin (β-EP),adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and corticotropin releasing hormone (CRH) in plasma were measured by radioimmunoassay before and after voyage. Results After 7 days voyage,the levels of β-EP and ACTH increased significantly (t= 2. 839, 3. 104, P<0. 05) ,while the level of CRH did not change significantly (t=0. 612, P>0.05). After 21 days voyage, the levels of β-EP, ACTH and CRH increased significantly (t=3. 416, 2. 496, 1. 951, P<0.01 or 0.05). After 132 days voyage,the levels of β-EP, ACTH and CRH decreased significantly (t=2. 988, 2. 427, 2. 129, P<0. 05).Conclusion Long voyage could influence plasma neuropeptides (β-EP, ACTH) and regulatory factor (CRH) levels of helicopter pilots, and the different changes were correlative to the length of voyage period.
