| 摘 要： | 目的：分析影响恶性淋巴瘤患者生存质量的因素。方法：采用EORTC QLQ-C30量表的功能领域对118例恶性淋巴瘤患者的生存质量生理机能的影响因素进行流行病学调查，分别以总的功能领域得分和生理机能得分为因变量，以各影响因素为自变量进行多元逐步回归分析。结果：知识分子、锻炼对恶性淋巴瘤患者生存质量的生理机能为保护因素；文化程度高对恶性淋巴瘤患者生存质量的总体功能为保护因素，复发对于恶性淋巴瘤患者生存质量的总体功能为危险因素。结论：正确的认识恶性淋巴瘤，合理的锻炼身体，能提高恶性淋巴瘤患者的牛理机能，而且能改善其牛存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the factors influencing the quality of life in the patients with malignant lymphoma.Methods The factors influencing the physiological function of the quality of life in118 cases of malignant lymphoma were investigated epidemiologically using the function scales of the EORTC QLQ-C30. Multiple linear regression models were used to study the influence of some factors on total function and physical function.Results Intellectuals and exercise were the protective factors for the physical function of the malignant lymphoma patients; Intellectuals were the protective factors for the total function, but relapse was the dangerous factor.Conclusion The right cognition in maliganant lymphoma and reasonable exercise can improve the physical function of malignant lymphoma patients and their quality of life. |
