摘 要: | 急性心肌梗死后心室梗死区和非梗死区结构及形态的改变,导致心室重构,可引起心室泵血功能低下而最终发展为心力衰竭。基质金属蛋白酶9与基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子1处于动态平衡,对维持细胞外基质降解与合成起重要作用。

Abstract: | Structure and morphological changes in infracted and non-infracted ventricular area after acute myocardial infarction lead to ventricular remodeling, thus can cause ventricular pump dysfunction and ul- heart failure. The dynamic balance of matrix metalloproteinase-9 and the tissue inhibitor-1 of metalloproteinases play an important role in maintaining the degradation and synthesis of extracellular matrix. |
