潍坊市2002-2006年风疹流行病学特征分析

目的了解潍坊市风疹流行病学特征,为控制风疹提供科学依据。方法利用麻疹监测系统资料,包括流行病学和实验室监测及主动搜索等资料,分析潍坊市风疹流行病学特征。结果潍坊市2002-2006年报告风疹129例,年平均发病率0.30/10万,春季发病占80.62%,发病呈高度聚集状态,爆发病例占80.62%,9～17岁人群占75.97%。结论暴发来自学校,今后应加强在校学生风疹疫苗的免疫接种,加强学校疫情监测,以减少风疹暴发。

Analysis current rubella epidemiological situation in Weifang during 2002 - 2006

Objective To understand the epidemic situation of Rubella in Weifang and provide scientific evidences for controlling Rubella.Methods To analyze the epidemiologic characteristics of Rubella using the data of NNDRS (National Notifiable Disease Reported System and Measles Surveillance).Results 129 Rubella cases were reported in Weifang during 2002-2006. The Rubella annual average incidence was 2.5/100,000.The high incidence period was in Spring,which occupied 80.62%(104/129) cases. 72.09%(93/129) cases were centered in ZhuCheng,Kuiwen and Shouguang. The outbreak cases were 80.62%(104/129). The ratio of Rubella cases in school children aged 9-17 years was 75.97%.Conclusion Outbreak coming from school, Should reinforce school students rubella vaccine immunization in the days to come The school epidemic situation monitors a sharpening To cut down the nettle rash outbreak .
