| 摘 要： | 飞秒激光是一种脉冲持续时间仅为10-15秒的近红外激光,具有切割准确、安全性高、对邻近组织损伤小等特点.飞秒激光的临床应用广泛,最早被用于在准分子激光角膜磨镶术(LASIK)中制作角膜瓣,近年来进一步发展为全飞秒激光角膜屈光手术;在角膜移植手术中,可制作多种个性化的角膜切口;在白内障术中,可辅助晶状体前囊膜切开及核裂解;在青光眼手术的动物实验中可辅助行巩膜造瘘、虹膜切开等,显示了良好的临床应用前景.

| Abstract: | The femtosecond laser employs near-infrared pulses with a pulse duration of 10^-15 second to cut tissue with great accuracy, safety and minimal collateral damage. It is first used in the cutting of laser in situ keratomileusis flaps, and further developed into all-in-one femtosecond refractive surgery in recent years. It has also been used to create various patterns of incisions in keratoplasty and to perform the capsulot- omy and lens fragmentation in cataract surgery. Though still in laboratory study, femtosecond-assisted glau- coma surgery such as sclerostomy and iridotomy is another potential application with a promising future. （ Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2012, 36： 318-322） |
