目的：观察叶绿素光敏剂光动力治疗鸡冠动物模型后的形态学变化。方法：５４只动物随机分成３组：单纯照光组，单组光敏剂组，光动力治疗组。治疗光源为主发射峰位于６５０ｎｍ的红光。治疗参数：给药至照光间隔时间５ｍｉｎ，给药浓度１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重，功率密度１５０ｍＷ／ｃｍ＾２，能量密度９０Ｊ／ｃｍ＾２，肉眼观察鸡冠外形及颜色变化，光镜观察组织学改变。结果：对照组无变化，光动力治疗组形态学改变包括：红细胞、内皮

Photodynamic therapy of port wine stains using chlorophyll derivative activated by red light

This experiment investigated the morphological changes of chicken comb following CPD4 sensitized photodynamic therapy (PDT). Methods: Fifty-four animals were divided into three groups at random.One group were given light without photosensitizer while another group were given photosensitizer without light.PDT group were irradiated by red light which main emitting peak is at 650 um. The treatment parameters were:Intervals between CPD4 injection and irradiation 5 min,CPd4 dosage 10 mg/kg body weight, power density 150 mW/cm2, energy density 90 J/cm2. The histological change of chicken comb was observed by light microscope.Results: Control animals (given light only or given photosensitizer only) showed no significant comb responses.The morphological changes of PDT group included erythrocytes damage, endothelial cell damage, vascular rupture, hemorrhage and denaturation of perivascular collagen fiber. Conclusion: This study revealed that CPD4 combined with red light could cause selective damage and occlusion of dermal capillaries in chicken comb while the overlying epidermis remained normal. It may offer a new approach to the treatment of port wine stains (PWS) in humans.
