| 摘 要： | IL-8是一种多源性趋化因子，由单核细胞、内皮细胞等多种细胞合成与释放。 IL-8在结直肠癌患者体内表达增高，IL-8血清水平的提高有助于结直肠癌患者病情监测。 IL-8通过多种途径增强结直肠癌的肿瘤干细胞样特性，促进结直肠癌的血管形成、增生与转移等生物学活性。本文对IL-8与结直肠癌之间的关系进行综述。

| Abstract: | IL-8 expression increases in patients of colorectal cancer , and the serum level of IL-8 contributes to monito-ring colorectal cancer .There also have been some studies investigating the relationship between IL -8 gene and colorectal cancer.IL-8 increases cancer stem cell characteristics through a variety of ways , such as promoting angiogenesis , prolif-eration, metastasis and other biological activities of colorectal cancer .These studies provide novel approaches for prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer . |
