非物质文化遗产角度审视中药制药人才培养

提出从非物质文化遗产的角度,审视中药制药人才培养。需注意中医药非物质文化遗产传承的特殊性,应利用医药类高校的优势,通过加强师资建设、课程体系建设、校园文化建设,在中药制药人才中树立非物质文化遗产的保护与传承观念,培养出既重视传统技术传承,又有现代工艺创新,既有实践操作能力,又具有中医药文化思维的中药制药技术人才。

Pharmaceutical Talent Training of TCM from the Perspective of Intangible Cultural Heritage

In this paper, it proposes that pharmaceutical talent training of TCM is to be scrutinized from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage. Attention should be paid to the specificity of intangible culture heritage inheritance of TCM, and according to the advantage of medical college, the concept of conservation and inheritance was established through strengthen of the construction of leachers, the construction of curriculum system and the construction of campus culture, in order to cultivate pharmaceutical talents with inheritance of traditional technology, innovation of modern craft as well as ability of practice and culture thinking of TCM.
