摘    要:
目的探讨模拟失重对苯吸入染毒大鼠免疫系统及遗传毒性的影响。方法将60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、15 mg/m3苯组、30 mg/m3苯组、尾吊对照组、15 mg/m3苯尾吊组,30 mg/m3苯尾吊组,每组10只。非染毒大鼠吸入新鲜空气,染毒大鼠放入0.9 m3透明染毒柜中,分别吸入苯15 mg/m3和30 mg/m3,连续染毒30天。结果尾吊可使体重明显降低,并可减少苯对脾脏器系数的影响;加剧苯对白细胞、淋巴细胞、NK细胞活性和巨噬细胞功能的影响;可促进苯对外周血淋巴细胞和骨髓细胞微核率升高。结论模拟失重可促进苯吸入染毒大鼠机体的细胞免疫紊乱和遗传毒性作用。

Effect of Simulated Microgravity to Benzene Exposure on Cellar Immune and Micronucleus Generation in Rat

Abstract:
Objective To study effect of simulated microgravity to Benzene exposure on immune system and genotox-icity in rats.Methods Sixty Male SD rats ware divided randomly into control group , Benzene (15 mg/m3 ) proup, Ben-zene (30 mg/m3) proup, tail-suspend(TS) proup,TS+Benzene (15 mg/m3) proup, TS+Benzene (30 mg/m3) proup , each group with ten rats , Benzene proup with the dose of 15 mg/m3 and 30 mg/m3 Benzene for 30 days.Results Weightlessness simulated decrease significantly avoirdupois , lessen effects of benzene exposure on spleen Vis-cera index, Prick up decline of benzene exposure on white blood cell (WBC), blood lymphocyte (LYM), natural killer cell and macrophage phagocytosic function , accelerate hoist of blood lymphocyte and Medulla cell micronucle-us.Conclusions Simulated microgravity could accelerate disorder in cellular immunity and result in genotoxicity of ben -zene exposure could cause in rats.
