妊娠期糖尿病危险因素分析

为了探讨发生妊娠期糖尿病的危险因素，对１９８８～１９９３年北医大一院确诊为妊娠期糖尿病的１１２例进行了总结分析。采用１∶１配对病例对照研究，配对条件是孕妇年龄相近（±２岁），同年同月同医院分娩。配对单因素分析表明：糖尿病家族史、慢性高血压、自然流产史、不良产史、孕次及肥胖是妊娠期糖尿病的危险因素，条件Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归分析引入方程的因素有糖尿病家族史（ＯＲ＝１５．０７）、肥胖（ＯＲ＝３．９９）及孕次（ＯＲ＝２．５８），表明这些因素具有独立的作用

Analsis of Risk Factors of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

A hospital based case control study was conducted with 112 gestational diabetes mellitus diagnosised during six years between 1988 and 1993 to explore the risk factors of GDM and to determine perinatal and maternal outcomes. Univariate analysis showed the follwing significant risk factors were a family history of diabetes,spontaneous abortion,poor obstetric history,the presence of hypertension,obesity and parity. Conditional Logistic confirmed the effects of obesity and a family history of diabetes and parity.
