帕瑞昔布钠超前镇痛用于鼻内窥镜手术的临床观察

目的观察帕瑞昔布钠在鼻内窥镜手术的超前镇痛效果。方法择期全麻下鼻内窥镜手术患者60例,随机分成帕瑞昔布钠超前镇痛组Ⅰ组（30例）与安慰剂对照组Ⅱ组（30例）。Ⅰ组于麻醉诱导前静注帕瑞昔布钠40mg,Ⅱ组于麻醉诱导前静脉注射生理盐水2ml。所有患者均采用持续静脉泵注异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉下完成手术。分别记录术后2,4,6,12,24h每组患者的视觉模拟疼痛评分（VAS）和不良反应。结果术后24h各时点内Ⅰ组的VAS疼痛评分均明显优于Ⅱ组（P〈0.05）。两组均未见严重不良反应。结论帕瑞昔布钠超可以为鼻内窥镜手术提供有效、安全的超前镇痛。

Clinical Observation on Preemptive Analgesia Effects of Parecoxib for Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of preemptive analgesia by intravenous parecoxib sodium in patients receiving Endoscopic sinus surgery（ESS）.Methods Sixty children undergoing ESS under total intravenous anesthesia by target-controlled infusion remifentanil combined with propofol were randomly divided into two groups：the group that parecoxib sodium was intravenous injected before the induction of anesthesia were code Ⅰ（n=30）;group Ⅱ were received physiological saline 2 ml was administered at both just before induction of anesthesia（n=30）.Visual analog scale（VAS）and adverse reaction in 2,4,6,12,24 h postoperative time were recorded after operation.Results Statistical significant changes of VAS in group Ⅰ was observed at 24 h time point than that in group Ⅱ（P〈0.05）.Adverse reaction of the medication were not emergence in both groupⅠand Ⅱ.Conclusion Intravenous parecoxib sodium before induction of anesthesia can safely,effectively offered preemptive analgesia in patients receiving ESS.
