| 摘 要： | 目的建立头孢地秦钠中有关物质测定的HPLC。方法YWG C18色谱柱(4.0mm×250mm,10μm),以磷酸盐缓冲液pH6.4(取磷酸二氢钾0.87g及无水磷酸氢二钠0.22g,加水1 000mL溶解)乙腈(920∶80)为流动相,检测波长215nm。结果样品中各成分的分离度及检出灵敏度完全满足有关物质限度的测定要求。最小检出浓度0.1%。结论本法简便、专属、能有效控制产品的质量。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a METHOD for the determination of related substances of cefodizime sodium by HPLC.METHODS YWG C18column was used.The mobile phase was consisted of pH6.4 phosphate buffer Acetonitrile(920∶80).The detection wavelength was set at 215 nm.RESULTS The resolution and sensitivity of related substances were acceptable.The detection limit was 0.1%.CONCLUSION This method was found to be simple and selective.It can be used to control the quality of product effectively. |
