32例肺曲霉菌病诊治分析

目的探讨肺曲菌病的诊治分析。方法回顾性分析32例肺曲霉菌病患者临床、影像、病理资料。结果肺曲霉菌的临床表现无特异性,纤支镜活检、真菌细胞学检查、影像学检查及术后病理检查可确诊。结论肺曲菌病的临床和影像学表现不典型,易误诊,临床诊断应结合活检、细胞学、影像学及病理学检查。

Diagnosis and treatment of 32 patients with pulmonary aspergillosis

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of 32 patients with pulmonary aspergillosis.Methods All of the 32 patients were analyzed retrospectively on lung disease clinical,image,aspergillus pathological data.Results The clinical manifestations of pulmonary aspergillosis were nonspecific,which could be diagnosed by mirror biopsy,fungi cytology,imaging examination and postoperative pathological examination.Conclusion Clinical and imaging findings of pulmonary aspergillosis were nonspecific,and easy to be misdiagnosed.Clinical diagnosis should be done with biopsy,cytology,imaging and pathology examination.
