益气养血活血方对难治性血小板减少性紫癜患者血小板参数的影响

目的 观察益气养血活血方对难治性血小板减少性紫癜(RITP)患者血小板参数的影响.方法 40例RITP患者为治疗组,36例健康体检者为对照组.治疗组口服益气养血活血方治疗.将治疗组治疗前血小板计数(PLT)、血小板比积(PCT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)和血小板分布宽度(PDW)与对照组比较,并将治疗组治疗前后上述血小板参数进行对比,观察血小板参数的变化.结果 治疗组治疗前PLT数值低于对照组(火0.01),PCT低于对照组(P＜0.05),MPV,PDW高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗组治疗后与治疗前比较,PLT数值明显上升(P＜0.01),PCT明显上升(P＜0.05),MPV,PDW明显下降(P＜0.05),差异有统计学意义.结论 益气养血活血方除能提升RITP患者的PLT数值外,还可对PCT,MPV,PDW等血小板参数产生影响.

Influence of Yiqi Yangxue Huoxue Fang on platelet parameters in patients with refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

Objective To observe the influence of Yiqi Yangxue Huoxue Fang on platelet parameters in the patients with refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(RITP).Methods The patients with RITP(n=40) were included into the treatment group treated Yiqi Yangxue Huoxue Fang,and other health people(n=36),into the control group.The platelet count(PLT),palteletcrit(PCT),mean platelet vojume(MVP) and platelet distribution width(PDW) in treatment group were compared with those in control group before the treatment,and were compared and observed in treatment group before and after the treatment.Results Before the treatment,PLT(P<0.01) and PCT(P<0.05) were lower and MPV and PDW were higher(P<0.05) in treatment group than those in control group.PLT and PCT increased significantly(P<0.01,P<0.05),and MPV and PDW decreased significantly(P<0.05) in treatment group after the treatment compared with those before the treatment.Conclusion Yiqi Yangxue Huoxue Fang can influence the platelet parameters like PCT,MPV and PDW besides increasing PLT in RITP patients
