术后应用吲哚美辛栓对胃肠道肿瘤病人免疫功能的影响

目的:观察手术后应用吲哚美辛栓对胃肠道肿瘤病人免疫功能的影响. 方法:将42例胃癌和结肠癌病人随机分为吲哚美辛组(22例)和对照组(20例).两组病人行根治性手术治疗后24 h给予肠外营养支持7d.吲哚美辛组术后每24 h给予吲哚美辛栓100 mg,对照组给予安慰剂.分别测定治疗前后病人外周血淋巴细胞总数、T细胞亚群(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+、CD4+/CD8+比值)和NK细胞活性. 结果:两组病人术后第1天CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+比值、外周血淋巴细胞总数和NK细胞活性较术前均有所下降.术后第8天两组病人CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值、外周血淋巴细胞总数和NK细胞活性均有所改善.两组间比较,吲哚美辛栓组术后免疫功能改善更为明显,各项指标均优于对照组(P＜0.05). 结论:胃肠道肿瘤病人术后应用吲哚美辛栓可改善细胞免疫功能.

Effect of indomethacin on immune function of postoperative patients with gastrointestinal tumor

Objective: To observe the effect of indomethacin on postoperative immune function of the patients with gastrointestinal tumor.Methods: 42 cases were divided into indomethacin group and control group.All the radical operations were performed under general anesthesia and the two groups were infused with parenteral nutrition from the first day to the seventh day after operation,whereas the patients in indomethacin group were treated with indomethacin suppository(100 mg/24 h) in addition.The control group was treated with placebo.We detected the levels of peripheral total lymphocyte count,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ and NK cell activity of the two groups.Results:Peripheral total lymphocyte count,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and NK cell activity of the two groups were dropped after operation,and increased after 8 days.The immune function in the indomethacin group was higher than that of the control group,and the index of the indomethacin group were improved evidently(P<0.05).Conclusion: Indomethacin can improve the postoperative immune function of patients with gastrointestinal tumor.
