| 摘 要： | 目的：讨论高压氧治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病（DEACMP）的疗效。方法：对138例DEACMP患者随机分为对照组48例,采用常规综合治疗,观察组90例,在常规治疗上加用高压氧治疗,治疗6个疗程评价疗效。结果：对照组痊愈17例（35.4%）,有效率为70.8%,观察组痊愈65例（72.2%）,有效率95.5%,观察组有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,治愈时间较对照组缩短,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：高压氧联合常规综合治疗,可提高DEACMP的疗效,缩短病程。 |
