氦氖激光联合得宝松治疗瘢痕疙瘩疗效观察

目的比较氦氖激光联合得宝松与单用得宝松封闭治疗瘢痕疙瘩的治愈率、有效率及复发率,寻求一种安全、有效的治疗方法。方法将56例瘢痕疙瘩患者分为两组,治疗组采用氦氖激光联合得宝松,对照组为单用得宝松。结果治疗组与对照组的治愈率、有效率、复发率,分别为68.1%、88.9%、8.3%与37.3%、78.5%、27.5%。经统计学处理有显著差异。结论应用氦氖激光照射后再局部封闭得宝松治疗瘢痕疙瘩的方法明显优于单用得宝松封闭治疗,是一种既安全又有效的治疗方法。

Observation on Clinical Curative Effect on Keloid Treated with He-Ne Laser and Debaosong

Objective To compare the curative rate,effective rate and relapse rate of keloid treated with combination of laser and Debaosong and only Debaosong so that to find a more safe and effective method.Methods 56 cases of keloid patient were divided into two groups randomly as therapy group with treatment of combination of laser and D and control group with treatment only D.Results The curative rate,effective rate and relapse rate were 68.1%,88.9%,8.3% in therapy group and 37.3%,78.5% and 27.5% in control group.There was significant difference between two groups.Conclusion The combination method of laser and local blockage with D might be a better method to treat keloid.
