人格特征对护理实习生发生职业伤害的影响

目的分析护理实习生人格类型与发生职业伤害的关系,为加强护理实习生职业伤害防护教育提供依据。方法采用问卷调查207份名护理实习生的人格特征和职业伤害发生情况,分析其相关性。结果护理实习生锐器伤和直接接触患者血液或体液的发生率均高达94.7%,艾森克人格问卷的内外向(E)、神经质(N)和掩饰性(L)3个维度得分高低对职业伤害的发生有影响。结论不同人格特征的护理实习生发生职业伤害的危险性有差异,应该有针对地开展职业伤害防护指导。

Influence of nursing interns' personality types on the occurrence of their occupational injuries

Objective To analyze the relationship between the nursing interns＇ personality types and the occurrence of their occupational injuries to provide a basis for strengthening the occupational injury prevention education for nursing interns. Methods Totally 207 nursing interns were surveyed about their personality characteristics and occupational injuries,and the relationship between the personality characteristics and occupational injuries was analyzed. Results As a result,94.7% of the nursing interns suffered with sharp injuries and direct contact with infected blood or body fluids,the scores of the three dimensions of EPQ as extroversion-introversion（E）,neuroticism（N） and lie（L） affected the occurrence of their occupational injuries. Conclusion Nursing interns with different personality characteristics have different risks of occupational injuries,and occupational injury prevention guidance should be carried out for them.
