血涂片制作与观察在医学形态学实验教学中的应用

目的：血涂片制作与观察教学法的应用，丰富了形态学实验教学内容，达到培养学生动手操作能力的目的。方法：形态学实验室在五年制基础医学本科生中开展了综合性实验项目，即“血涂片的制作及血细胞的观察”，学生自己动手制作血涂片，并在显微镜下观察各种血细胞。结果：通过参与血涂片的制作学习，学生熟悉了血涂片制作的基本步骤和操作技术，增加了学生在实验课中的动手机会，提高了学生的学习兴趣和动手能力。结论：在形态学实验教学中引入综合性实验项目，不仅能激发学生的学习兴趣，而且对提高学生的实践能力，培养学生的创新意识和综合素质具有重要作用。

Application of blood smears preparation and observation in medical morphology experimental teaching

Objective： To enrich the experimental teaching contents of morphology and develop students＇ hands-on ability by application of blood smears preparation and observation. Methods： The comprehensive experimental project （blood smears preparation and observation） was applied in the morphology experimental teaching for five-year basic medical students. The students prepared and observed the blood smears by themselves. Results： The students were given an opportunity to hands-on and were familiar with the basic procedures and skills of blood smears preparation, which improved the students＇ interest and ability. Conclusions： Thecomprehensive experimental project-not only stimulates students＇ interest in learning but also improves their practical ability, which play an important role in cultivating students＇ innovative consciousness and the overall quality.
