广西环江毛南族自治县2004～2007年结核病控制效果评价

目的探讨环江毛南族自治县使用世界银行贷款和全球基金控制结核病4年来防控措施，评价防治效果。方法收集2004-2007年环江县结核病月报表、季报表和年度报表资料进行统计分析。结果2004-2007年环江毛南族自治县共检查可疑肺结核症状者2604例，发现活动性肺结核病人1263例，其中涂阳肺结核病人502例，新涂阳肺结核病人462例。涂阳肺结核病中因症就诊的比例逐年下降，从2004年的91．67％下降到2007年的51．75％；由综合医院、乡镇卫生院和村卫生所转诊的病人逐年增加，从2004年的8．33％上升到2007年的48．25％。新涂阳肺结核病人治愈率从2004年的85．71％上升到2007年的94．39％。新涂阳肺结核病人男女性别比大约为2．4：1；15～55岁年龄段新涂阳肺结核病人占总病人数的比例为84．2％。结论通过4年实施世行贷款和全球基金结核病控制项目，环江毛南族自治县肺结核病防治效果显著，肺结核病人治愈率达到94．39％，超过WHO2005年目标要求。

Evaluation on results tuberculosis control with World Bank Loan & Global Fund implemented in Maouan County,Yunan from 2004 to 2007

Objective To evaluate the results of tuberculosis (TB) control in Huanjiang Maonan Ethnic Autonomous County of Guangxi from 2004 to 2007 with World Bank loan and Global Fund. Methods The data concerning TB control were collected and analyzed. Results Totally there were 2 604 suspected tuberculosis cases and 1 263 active TB cases were detected including 502 smear positives,462 new smear positives. The smear positives TB cases dropped from 91.67% in 2004 to 51.75% in 2007. The number of referral cases increased from 8.33% in 2004 to 48.25% in 2007. The cure rate of new smear positives increased from 85.71% in 2004 to 94.39% in 2007.The ratios of male to female was 2.4:1 and 84.20% of new smear positives were in the age group of 15～55 years old. Conclusion Conclusion Great achievements have been made in TB control in the last four years in this county .
