切开复位内固定治疗跟骨骨折55例临床疗效观察

目的观察切开复位钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效并对其进行总结性回顾。方法本文选择跟骨骨折患者55例,均采用切开复位钢板内固定方式治疗。结果 52例患者得到随访,术后随访6～12个月,平均9.6个月,按Maryland足部评分系统评价术后功能:优31例、良13例、可6例、差2例,1例患者出现轻微跛行,优良率为85.4%。结论切开复位钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折疗效确实。

Clinical observation of open reduction and internal fixation in 55 cases calcaneal fracture patients

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of incision reduction and platefixation of calcaneal fractures and its summary review.Methods This paper 55 cases of patients with calcaneal fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation for treatment.Results The patients were followed up for 6~12 months,an average of 9.6 months,were evaluated according to the maryland foot score system: excellent in 31,good in 13 cases,6 cases and poor in 2 cases,one patient a slight limp,fine rate of 85.4%.Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation of calcaneal fractures efficacyindeed.
