| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在颈部肿块诊断及鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析了56例颈部肿块患者的彩色多普勒超声图像表现。结果 颈动脉体瘤、神经鞘瘤、肿大淋巴结、血管瘤、脂肪瘤有不同的彩色多普勒超声图像特点。结论 彩色多普勒超声对颈部肿块的诊断及鉴别诊断具有较大的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color doppler sonography applied in neck tumors. Methods We reviewed and analyzed the color doppler sonography image characteristics of 56 neck-tumor patients. Results Neck tumors such as carotid body tumor, neurilemmoma, swelling lymph, nodehemangioma and lipoma had various color doppler sonography image characteristics. Conclusions The color doppler sonography had great diagnostic value in neck tumors. |
