摘    要:目的 ⑴评估单次屏气半傅立叶采集单次激发快速自旋回波磁共振胆胰管造影(HASTE-MRCP)对于胆系梗阻性疾患胆胰管的显示情况及对疾病诊断的准确性。⑵评估单次屏气HASTE-MRCP与真稳态进动快速成像(True FISP)T2*W1相结合在胆系梗阻性疾患诊断中的应用价值。方法 132例胆系梗阻患者术前行MR检查(Siemens1.5T Magnetojm Vision)。所有扫描序列均采用单次屏气快速扫描并配以体部相控

Abstract:Objective (1) To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of single breath hold HASTE MRCP in biliary obstructive diseases (2)To evaluate the applicable value in biliary obstructive disease combining single breath hold HASTE MRCP with true FISP T 2 *WI Methods 132 patients with biliary obstructive disease were performed MR examination (Siemens 1 5 T Magnetom Vision) All measurements were applied single breath hold technique and body array coil Frequency sequences: (1) HASTE MRCP; (2) True FISP T 2 *WI; (3) FLASH T 1WI The findings were compared with the results of operation and pathology Results Single breath hold HASTE MRCP could display cholangiopancreatic ducts and depict the margins of lesion clearly The levels of obstruction were accurate in 100%; the causes of obstruction were accurate in 100% in cholidocholithiasis group and 92 7% in carcinoma group; Total accuracy was 96 2% True FISP T 2 *WI could display the modalities of lesion directly The influence of the lesion to adjacent structure of biliary system could be visualized exactly The diagnostic accuracy was 98 5% in biliary obstructive disease combining single breath hold HASTE MRCP with true FISP T 2 * WI Conclusion (1) Single breath hold HASTE MRCP was an excellent MR technique in displaying cholangiopancreatic system (2) The combination single breath hold HASTE MRCP with true FISP T 2 *WI could improve the diagnostic accuracy in biliary obstructive disease, and could play an important role in diagnosis and treatment of obstructive jaundice
