昆山市托幼机构卫生保健现状调查分析

目的：分析托幼机构卫生保健现状，探索卫生保健科学管理办法。方法：2010年8月，采用自行设计的《昆山市托幼机构卫生安全隐患调查表》对全市托幼机构进行专项调查。结果：调查112所托幼机构，有卫生保健老师128人，与在园幼儿30068人之比为0．43％。部分托幼机构存在班级儿童过多、卫生保健设施及卫生消毒不达标、卫生保健制度执行不力等现象，普遍存在重教轻保。结论：昆山市托幼机构卫生保健队伍已初具规模，尚需加强专业培训，提高法律意识，促进托幼机构卫生保健水平及人员素质整体提高。

Investigation of Health Care in Kindergartens in Kunshan City

Objective： This investigation was performed to collect the data on health care in the kindergartens in Kunshan city, in order to enhance the standard management and provide efficaciously improving measures for child health care. Methods： August 2010, The special investigation of health care for kindergartens was developed and used in the investigation, using self-designed ＂ The reporting form of health and safety risks nurseries Survey Kunshan City ＂. Results： The data showed that investigated 112 child care agency, 128 teachers of health care, 30,068 children were in the garden with a ratio of 0.43%. Part of the nurseries there too many classes of children, health facilities and sanitation and disinfection is not up tO the weak implementation of the health care system and so on, they usually focus on teaching light protection. Conclusion： The routine health care was widely conducted in the kindergatens in Kunshan City,the knowledge of health care workers need renewing especially on the health care of child.
