| 摘 要： | 目的 明确肿瘤组织胰岛素样生长因子-1受体(IGF-1R)表达对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗疗效及生存的影响.方法 采用免疫组织化学的方法对39例初治晚期非小细胞肺癌患者石蜡包埋肿瘤标本进行IGF-1R检测,并分析其与化疗疗效间的关系.结果 53.8%(21/39)的标本检测到IGF-1R的表达.IGF-1R表达与肿瘤病理类型、肿瘤分化程度、吸烟史及吸烟指数均无相关性.IGF-1R不表达者含铂方案化疗效果更好.结论 IGF-1R可能能够预测晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗的疗效.
