| 摘 要： | 目的明确单核细胞趋化蛋白1（MCP-1）和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在膀胱癌组织中的表达的相关性，初步探讨炎症与膀胱癌发生的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学的方法检测MCP-1和VEGF蛋白在膀胱癌中的表达。结果MCP-1，VEGF在膀胱癌组织中表达均明显高于正常黏膜组织（P〈0．01），膀胱癌中二者的表达呈明显的正相关。结论推测慢性炎症下MCP-1激活单核巨噬细胞系统，诱导VEGF表达，与膀胱癌的发生密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To identify the dependability of monocyte chemoattractant protein(MCP-1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the expression of carcinoma of bladder and approach the relation between inflammation and carcinoma of bladder.Methods Immunohistochemistry investigate the expression of MCP-1and VEGF.Results Both MCP-1 and VEGF have higher expression in carcinoma of bladder than in normal bladder tissue(P<0.01),furthermore,three is a positive correlation between MCP-1 and VEGF.Conclusion That MCP-1 activate mononuclear phagocytic system under chronic inflammation,which induce VEGF expression have a close correlation with the carcinogenesis of bladder. |
