| 摘 要： | 目的：观察孟鲁斯特辅助治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法：采用随机分组,对128例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿按照1：1的比例随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中对照组64例,予舒喘宁、酮替芬口服及普米克雾化吸入。治疗组64例,在对照组治疗的基础上,加用孟鲁斯特口服。分析治疗后两组咳嗽症状的改善情况。结果：治疗组疗效明显好于对照组,两组有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：孟鲁斯特辅助治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效好,副作用少,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To assess the efficacy of montelukast on cough variant asthma（CVA） .Methods：128 children with CVA in clinic from Jun 2010 to Dec 2010 were randomly divided into two groups in the ratio of 1：1：objective group（n=64） and control group（n=64） .All the children of two groups took ketotifen and salbutamol and inhaled Pulmicort（Budesonide） ,while those of objective group additionally took montelukast;The remission of cough was recorded. Results：The effective rate of objective group was higher than that of the control group;A significant difference existed between the two groups（P 0.05） .Conclusion：The montelukast is effective for CVA,and has a little by-effect. It is worthy of being widely used. |
