疏肝化纤汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化65例

目的观察疏肝化纤汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的疗效。方法将65例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组35例给予以自拟疏肝化纤汤，每日1剂，水煎服，分2次口服。对照组30例给予葡醛内酯片，每次0．2g，每天3次。两组疗程均为3个月；结果治疗组的总有效率高于对照组，治疗组治疗后症状、体征，B超，肝功能（TBIL、ALT、AST、GGT）与肝纤4项：[透明质酸（HA），层黏蛋白（LN），Ⅲ型前胶原（PCnI）、Ⅳ型胶原（Ⅳ-C）]的变化更为明显；结论疏肝化纤汤汤对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化具有明显的治疗效果。

Clinical Observation on 65 Cases of Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis 3reared with Shuganhuaqian Decoction

Objective To observe the the Shugan chemical fiber soup treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis. Methods 65 patients with chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 35 patients given self Shugan chemical fiber soup a day,decoction orally 2 times. The control group of 30 patients given Glucuronolactone pieces, each 0. 2g,3 times a day. The treatment lasted three months. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group higher than that in the control group,symptoms,signs,B ultrasound,liver function （TBIL,ALT,AST,GGT） in the treatment group and 4 liver fibrosis： [hyaluronic acid （HA） ,laminin protein （LN） type Ⅲ procollagen （PC Ⅲ） ,changes in the type Ⅳ collagen （Ⅳ-C）]is more obvious. Conclusion Liver chemical fiber stirred up of chronic hepatitis B hepatic fibrosis has a significant therapeutic effect.
