鼻炎敏滴鼻剂对变应性鼻炎的抗炎作用

摘    要:目的 观察鼻炎敏对动物炎症模型的影响及变应性鼻炎大鼠模型鼻黏膜组织形态学变化。方法 制成大鼠角叉菜胶性足肿胀模型 ,局部涂抹鼻炎敏 ,观察鼻炎敏对动物炎症模型的影响 ;用卵清蛋白致敏大鼠制成变应性鼻炎动物模型 ,将鼻炎敏灌胃给药 ,观察鼻黏膜组织形态学变化。结果 用不同剂量的鼻炎敏及地塞米松可明显减轻角叉菜胶性足肿胀 (P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1) ;组织形态学观察发现 ,模型组鼻黏膜大量嗜酸粒细胞、肥大细胞浸润 ,并伴肥大细胞脱颗粒 ;用药组及空白对照组则无上述改变。结论 鼻炎敏滴鼻剂有明显的抗急性炎症作用 ,且能效地抑制炎症细胞在变应性鼻炎大鼠鼻黏膜的汇聚 ,稳定了细胞膜 ,防止其脱颗粒。

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the effect of Biyanmin on inflammation model of animal and study the morphologic changes in nasal mucosa of allergic rhinitis model. Methods Swell models of feet were induced with carrageenan and then painted with Biyanmin. The anti-inflammatory effect of Biyanmin was observed. Allergic rhinitis models of rat were induced by injecting OVA. The models were drenched with Biyanmin. The morphologic change in nasal mucosa was observed. Results Different dosage of Biyanmin and dexamethasone could relieve the edema of feet in carrageenan swell model ( P <0 05 or 0.01). Under light microscope, there were a lot of eosinophils and mast cells infiltration and there was mast cells degranulation. In blank contrast group and therapy group, there was no eosinophils and mast cells infiltration. Conclusion Biyanmin has obvious anti-acute-inflammatory effect and can restrain the assembling of inflammatory cells in nasal mucosa in allergic rhinitis rat, stabilize cell membrane and prevent its degranulation.
