| 摘 要： | 目的观察阿仑膦酸钠(商品名:福善美)治疗原发性骨质疏松症(POP)患者治疗前后骨密度的变化,为该药的临床应用提供相关依据。方法按多级整群随机抽样原则,采用骨密度仪对2 516名调查对象采用HO-LOGIC双能X线骨密度仪对研究对象进行骨密度测定,测定部位为第2～4腰椎和左侧股骨近端(股骨颈、Ward′s三角、大粗隆)。在542名POP患者中随机纳入26名进行研究。结果试验表明在3个月随访时,患者腰部骨密度变化较为明显,治疗前后骨密度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而髋部骨密度变化不明显;6个月时,腰部骨密度值较3个月时有所升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿仑膦酸钠(福善美)治疗3个月即可显著改善原发性骨质疏松症(POP)患者腰部骨密度,是安全、有效的药物。
