| 摘 要： | 目的评价手工浸泡消毒呼吸机管路与全自动清洗消毒呼吸机管路的效果。方法根据呼吸机管路消毒方式分为手工浸泡消毒组与全自动清洗消毒组,分析比较两组即刻采样和干燥后采样的消毒合格率。结果干燥后采样,全自动清洗消毒组消毒合格率高于手工浸泡组(P<0.05)。结论通过一系列管理措施,使用全自动消毒机,使呼吸机管路的消毒达到标准化、规范化,为临床提供了合格的呼吸机管路,对防止呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生,降低医院感染发生率起到了重要的作用。 |
