| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腓肠神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣修复下肢远端软组织缺损的临床应用.方法 自2003年6月～2007年3月,对17例小腿下1/3、踝关节周围及足背软组织缺损的患者,行腓肠神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣转移修复术.皮瓣面积为5.5～14.0 cm×4.0～7.0 cm ,平均8.6 cm×5.1 cm;蒂长5.0～9.0 cm,蒂宽3.0～4.0 cm,表面均保留1.0～1.5 cm宽的皮肤行明道转移.结果 17例均成活,随访6～12个月,皮瓣质地满意,1例出现水疱,远端边缘坏死,经换药后愈合.结论 腓肠神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣切取简便,血供可靠,不牺牲主要动脉,外观满意,存活率高,是修复下肢远端软组织缺损一种很好的方法.
