| 摘 要： | 目的 观察病灶注药加手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法 采用硬膜外侧前腔和(或)椎间孔注药加手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者86例.结果 随访1～2年,治愈(优)58例,良20例;治愈率66.44%,优良率90.69%.结论 病灶注药加手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果良好.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of treatment of Lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse with anterior epidural space (or intervertebral foramen) injection and massage. Methods Eighty-six cases of Lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse were treated with anterior epidural space (or interver- tebral foramen) injection and massage .Results The cure rate was 66.44% and the total effective rate 90.69%. Conclusion The anterior epidural space (or intervertebral foramen) injection and massage was an effective method in treating lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse. |
