西藏驻军730人口腔牙周病发病状况及对策

目的：了解西藏驻军人员口腔牙周病健康情况,提出可行的预防干预措施。方法：采用分层、整群抽样方法选择调查样本,根据实际情况需要设定口腔健康状况调查标准,数据采集后利用FoxPro6.0软件建立数据库,SPSS 11.5软件进行统计描述分析。结果：调查对象中69.2%的人员检出牙结石,牙周疾病患病率为81.8%,第三磨牙阻生齿检出率为32.51%,有冠周炎病史的官兵占总调查人数的19.2%,唇炎患病率为74.2%,口腔溃疡的患病率为24.9%,牙创伤的患病率为2.1%。结论：西藏驻军人员口腔健康状况不容乐观,需要改善口腔疾病医疗条件、加强口腔疾病预防工作、尽快建立口腔疾病防治程序。

Periodontal Disease Status Survey of 730 Soldiers Among Tibet Garrison

Objective： The aim of this study was to survey the situation of periodontal diseases among Tibet garrison,and to provide feasible preventive intervene measures.Methods： Data of 730 military personnel collected with stratified sampling and cluster sampling was gathered to establish database with FoxPro 6.0,and was analyzed with SPSS.Results： The results showed that the prevalence of periodontal disease,third molaris,cheilitis,pericoronitis,dental ulcer and tooth trauma among Tibet conscripts is 69.2%,81.8%,32.51%,19.2%,24.9%,2.1% respectively.Conclusions：The situation of military personnel＇ oral health is not brook ignorance.We suggest that the condition of oral health care be improved,the work of oral health care be strengthen,the order of oral health care be established.
