硒和大蒜素对糖尿病小鼠肝脏生化功能改变的保护作用

摘    要:目的:观察亚硒酸钠、大蒜素及其合并用药对糖尿病小鼠肝脏生化功能改变的保护作用。方法:建立四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠动物模型,测定肝脏抗氧化酶、ATP酶活性、脂质过氧化产物、一氧化氮(NO)和肝糖原含量。结果:糖尿病小鼠肝脏抗氧化功能和Na^2 ,K^ -ATPase的活性明显下降,NO和肝糖原含量明显减少,与糖尿病模型组小鼠相比,硒、大蒜素能明显逆转上述变化,其中硒对GSHpx,Na^ ,K^ -ATPase,Ca^2 -ATPase活性的作用强于大蒜素,大蒜素对SOD活性的影响较大;硒、大蒜素合并用药较单独用药作用减弱。结论:硒、大蒜素对糖尿病小鼠肝脏具有良好的保护作用,两药合用作用减弱。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of selenium and allitridi on the biochemical function of liver in alloxan diabetic mice METHODS:The model of alloxan diabetic mice was established to determined the activities of enzymes of antioxidant and ATP, and the contents of MDA, NO and glycogenesis RESULTS: Antioxidant function of liver and the activities of Na +,K + ATPase, Ca 2+ ATPase were weakened , and the contents of NO and glycogenesis were decreased significantly The selenium and allitridi could improved above changes CONCLUSION:The selenium and allitridi are good for the liver of diabetic mice, but the effects of selenium combined with allitridi on diabetic mice were not better than those of taking the only one medicine
