| Abstract: | Diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH) with cervical involvement which cause dysphagia is a rare disease. The otolaryngologist usually can make its diagnostic with a barium swallowing esophagogram. Two patients with DISH are reported. |
