链霉素急性中毒病理模型的构建与救治

摘    要:
目的探讨在实验室中模拟硫酸链霉素急性中毒及救治方法。方法在BL-420生物机能实验系统上建立硫酸链霉素急性中毒及救治实验平台,用动态量化的方法对多种生理指标进行适时监测。结果利用BL-420生物机能实验系统能尽早发现硫酸链霉素急性中毒的变化规律,可观察到中毒最初现象为胃肠平滑肌收缩力减弱和血压下降,此时给予有效的救治可提高成功率。结论在实验室模拟硫酸链霉素急性中毒及救治过程是可行的。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the simulation of acute streptomycin sulfate poisoning and rescuing method in the lab. Methods We established an experiment platform for acute streptomycin sulfate poisoning and rescuing method based on BL-420 bio-functional experiment system and carried out timely monitor on various physiological indicators with dynamic quantization method. Results The change laws concerning acute streptomycin sulfate poisoning could be found as early as possible with the help of BL-420 biofunctional experiment system. Observed primary poisoning was presented by weakened contractility of smooth mullets in the gastrointestinal tracts and lowered blood pressure. This is the critical hour to improve the rate success of rescue if treated properly and immediately. Conclusion It is feasible to simulate acute streptomycin sulfate poisoning and rescue process in the lab.
